POWYC captains gather a crew of your POWYC and Gangplank friends
for Captains Coffee out on the water.
Captains will brew coffee on their vessels.  Passengers bring a breakfast treat to share.
Raft up near Navy Yard on the Anacostia River for exchange of breakfast treats.

Underway at 9:30 AM

Return to Docks at 12:00 NOON
