Held on the Events Barge at The Wharf Marina in nice weather. Held inside the Boaters' Lounge of the marina office in inclement weather.
Open to all POWYC members, GPSA residents, and transients and slipholders at The Wharf Marina. Community members can enter the marina through The Wharf Marina office gate.
